Philip A. Pollastrino was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 1984. He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern and Northern District of New York. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Fordham University in 1979 and received his Juris Doctor degree from Pace University Law School in 1982. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association (Member: Insurance, Negligence and Compensation Law Section), New York State Trial Lawyers Association and Westchester County Bar Association. He has more than twenty years experience in the legal field and concentrates on plaintiff’s personal injury litigation.
